| MORE OF YOUR STORIES "My son came home from school with a recorder last year. It made the worst sound I have ever heard. Every night, it was the same thing. I'd pick him up from aftercare after I finished work and the first thing he would do is practice his recorder. We live in a small apartment so there was no where I could go to escape the sound. I told a friend at work and she told me to get an iPod. I put those ear buds in and my music totally drowned out the sound of the recorder. That was the best thing I bought all year." Anon8 "My daughter's school has a book club meeting each month. Since my divorce, I went back to work and I don't have time to actually sit down and read the books anymore but I really wanted to remain part of the club. Now, I just download the book from itunes and listen to it during my commute. I actually go through a lot of books that way." Anon 24 "I like iTunes because my kids can download clean versions of the songs from the radio. There is almost always a "clean" choice on iTunes and they also let you know which songs are "explicit." I really appreciate that!" -- S_plorer If you would like to share a story, please email it and state that I have your permission to publish it on this site.
